Here is my super easy, simple, & quick breakfast for days when I don’t want to break out my blender or juicer! You can use any berries, nondairy yogurt, and granola you prefer. I happen to always have blackberries and strawberries around my house, and I prefer So Delicious Vanilla flavored coconut milk yogurt, and Amande Coconut flavored almond milk yogurt. For granola, I prefer the Go Raw and Purely Elizabeth brands, which you can find over on my “Shop” page.
Coconut flakes (Optional)
Start by filling the bottom of your jar with blackberries, or any berries you prefer. Then sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries and pour a layer of nondairy yogurt. Layer your strawberries next, and top them with granola and yogurt. Repeat until you reach the top of your jar. Finally, top with a sprinkle of granola and coconut flakes.
