Good morning Sunshines!
I want to share with you one of my new favorite breakfast bowls! One of my favorite combinations of foods are chocolate and peanut butter, so it’s no wonder this has recently been my go to!
All you’ll need to make this is the following list of ingredients, as well as a blender, or nutribullet!

Ingredients:
3 Frozen Bananas
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, or PB2 powder
2 Tablespoons Cacao powder
1 scoop Chocolate Protein powder of choice
1/2 cup Cashew milk, or your choice of nondairy milk

Optional toppings(pictured above):
1 Tablespoon Cacao nibs
1 Tablespoon Hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
3-4 Sliced Strawberrries
1/2 cup Chocolate granola (I prefer the Go Raw brand)

Blend together the bananas, peanut butter, cacao powder, protein powder, and cashew milk in a blender, or nutribullet, until you reach a smooth consistency!
Pour the smoothie blend into a bowl, and sprinkle with your toppings of choice. Another option is to just enjoy the smoothie blend as a drink.
Either way it’s a delicious way to start your day! Enjoy sunshines!

Daily Lean Green Juice

Get your daily greens in with this flavorful juice! Besides salads and wraps, this is my favorite way to incorporate dark leafy greens into my day-to-day routine, making it a staple in my household!
I love drinking green juice in the A.M., as I feel it is the quickest way to energize and awaken my body. Green Juice absolutely provides some of the nutrients my body needs to recover and replenish itself on a daily basis. I also happen to love the glowing effect it seems to give my skin, and I think you will, too!

Ingredients:
1-2 cups of Kale
1-2 cups of Spinach
4-5 Green Apples
2 Cucumbers,
1 Lime
1 Lemon

Optional additional ingredients include: cayenne and ginger.

Instructions:
Start by coring your apples and cutting up your cucumbers. Depending on the size and quality of your juicer these first two steps may not pertain to you.
Peel the lime and the lemon, and you're ready to start juicing!
Add your Kale and Spinach bundles in first to your juicer, as the fiber from your green apples and cucumbers will help ensure you get all of your leafy greens pushed through the juicer.
Next, juice the remaining ingredients, and feel free to add a small amount of either ginger or cayenne to spice up your green juice blend!

Make sure you drink your green juice immediately in order to reap the full benefits from the wonderful nutrients it contains!

I hope you start to enjoy your daily greens as much as I do!
Get glowing and enjoy Sunshines!

Aloha sunshine!
This smoothie is so delicious and so healthy, you’ll definitely be feeling some tropical vibes while you drink it. The best part about this smoothie, besides the taste, is how simple it is with only 3 key ingredients!
All you need is Bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and water. I prefer to use Frozen bananas, fresh or frozen strawberries, and fresh cut pineapple chunks. You can either make your own frozen bananas and strawberries by chopping them up and freezing them yourself, or buy them already frozen at the store.
To start, you’ll add about 1-2 frozen bananas, 1-2 cups of strawberries(fresh or frozen), 1-2 cups of pineapple chunks, and about a cup of water to your blender or nutribullet. Simply blend the ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour into your glass of choice and enjoy!

“Good Morning Sunshine” Juice

Good Morning Sunshine’s!
This juice is my favorite way to wake up and hydrate my body in the mornings! This juice tastes like absolute summertime to me! It is pretty simple to make, but you will need a juicer to make it, unless you like pulp, or don’t own a juicer. In that case you could use a blender or a nutribullet and strain the juice after blending.

Ingredients:
6 large Oranges
1 Lemon
1 Mango (or peach if you prefer)

Instructions:
Start by peeling the oranges, lemon, and mango, and don’t forget to cut out the core of the mango(or peach)! Next, you’ll push the peeled fruits through the juicer, or blend them together and strain, if you don’t have a juicer.
Pour the juice blend into a cup or container and enjoy!

Raw Vegan Fudge Brownies

Hey Sunshine!
These brownies are super super SUPER rich and delicious, you won’t even notice they aren’t baked!

All you need to make these bad boys are a high speed food processor, a dish (I personally use an 8x6 Pyrex dish), and four ingredients:

2 Cups Medjool Dates
1 Cup Walnuts(or your preference of nut)
1 Cup Cacao Powder(or cocoa if you prefer)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

In your food processor add:
Medjool Dates (make sure these aren’t super dry, and if your dates are on the dry side you can soak them in water for about 10 minutes), Walnuts, Vanilla Extract, and blend for about 30-60 seconds!

Next, you will add in theCacao Powder, or cocoa powder, and blend for another 60-120 seconds or until the mixture is completely combined, sticking together, and looks like a giant ball of brownie batter!
Push the mixture down into your dish, sprinkle with crushed walnut pieces (optional), and set in the fridge for about 30 minutes! You can also top them with vegan chocolate chips!
They’re completely edible and don’t need to be baked, so you can eat them immediately, or roll the mixture into brownie balls, but I prefer letting them set up in the fridge for a while!

Additional options: peppermint extract for peppermint fudge brownies, or cayenne pepper for more of a Mexican hot chocolate take on these brownies!

Watermelon Juice is my favorite way (beyond water) to stay hydrated during the summer months! It’s super easy to make and tastes so refreshing and delicious! All you need is a blender, I use a nutribullet, and fresh watermelon! It’s as simple as slicing up you watermelon and blending it in your choice of blender and voila! Enjoy!
